It is Friday, so I was at the track attempting to go quickly. There was a good turn out of A's and B's, with the 3 C's who turned up added to make a 16 rider combined B/C group. There were also plenty of spectators, numbering around 60.

I wasn't feeling too great, but did manage to hang on in all my events, and, surprisingly, I was quite often in suitable places to make jumps at the appropriate times. However, I wasn't feeling confident of my legs and let myself get boxed in more than once. Still, I did manage to get a third place in the win and out with a good jump at the final bell.

Fingers crossed that I'll get myself stronger and be able to get the omnium finish I require to get my upgrade to cat 3 before the end of the season.
