Result: 4th

I did the San Ardo RR and got 4th. It is a flaaaaaat race, there are only a couple of little bumps on the road, nothing that could break the race apart, unless you are in very bad shape :-(( In any case it is a 70 miles race, not 62 as they announced, so there you go, extra 8 miles for the same price...

The only interesting part of the race was the finish, were I place my self second wheel and the guy in front just hammered to the finish which was right on one of the little hills, I managed to stay on his wheel and so did another two riders on mine, but I didn't have the legs to outsprint this guy who rode away from me and the other two riders came around me to push me back to 4th.

Oh well, got my upgrade to Cat 3 on Monday after the race (Giro di San Francisco) and I ate already lots of ice cream last night to celebrate the end of my season...and to cool down my body... man it was hot!!!!
