What beautiful weather! The race was out at Angle Camp. Good little drive, about 2hrs. Bob, Brad W., and myself raced. The course is a 7 mile loop of 95% single track with all the normal goodies for a beginner to intermediate course, couple little climbs, switch backs, fast rollers, and dips. Brad raced in the 35+ beginner class and pulled off 14th. place out of 31racers in his field. Way to go Brad! This was his first mountain bike race. Mind you he did it with a cold, he's been trying to get over. F.Y.I., two laps are required in the beginner class.

Bob and myself did the sport class. Bob raced in the 26 to 34 division and put the hurt on those boys!!! He can fill you all in with all the details. Let me just say he WON!!!!!!!!!!!!! WHOO-HOO..........!! Way to go Bob!! For myself, I raced in the sport 35+ veteran class, not sure on the results yet, but I think I got 14th. place. F.Y.I., 3 laps are required in sport class. See you all at the meeting tonight.
