Result: Mid-pack

There were 3 of us racing the 3's, Scott, myself and Pritpal(!). We had 4 events, scratch, win-and-out, short points and de'il.

I got 3rd in the scratch race by choosing a good wheel to follow - Pritpal got 4th by following me. In the win-and-out, I got trapped in a group and lost out, but was able to put in a good effort to almost chase down 5th place. That was the first time I have felt my track jump this year.

I got a couple of points in the short points race, but didn't place in it. I rode near and then on the front of the de'il, but wasn't paying attention when it mattered and didn't even know that I was the last wheel when I was pulled. Mistake. Pritpal rode well to get 4th in the event.

Overall, he got 5th and I got 7th on the night. Not bad, but I should really have done better.
